Terms of Service

By ordering from frontporchfelons.com you agree to these terms.

Orders. Shirts are printed to order. An order is accepted when we charge your card and email a confirmation. We can decline or cancel any order — for example if a design sells out, a price is listed wrong, or an order looks fraudulent — and we will refund you in full if we do.

Prices. In US dollars, and they can change. Shipping is a flat $5.95 per order. Arkansas orders include state sales tax.

The designs. Every design, logo and photo on this site belongs to Front Porch Felons. Buying a shirt does not give you the right to reproduce or resell the artwork.

The jokes. The designs are comedy. They are not statements of fact about you, us, or anyone else, and they are not legal advice.

Liability. We are liable to you for no more than what you paid for the order.

Law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arkansas.
