Privacy Policy

Front Porch Felons ("we") sells t-shirts at frontporchfelons.com. This explains what we collect and why.

What we collect. When you order: your name, email, phone (if you give it), and shipping address. When you browse: standard log data (IP address, browser type, pages viewed) and cookies, including advertising cookies from Meta (Facebook/Instagram) that tell us whether an ad led to a visit or a sale.

Payment. We do not see or store your card number. Payments are processed by Square, on Square's own systems, under Square's privacy policy.

Printing and shipping. Your name and shipping address are shared with the print and fulfilment partner who makes and mails your shirt. That is the only reason it is shared.

Advertising. We use the Meta pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure our ads. This may include sending Meta a hashed (irreversible) version of your email or phone number so it can tell whether you are the person who clicked an ad. We never send your details in readable form and we never sell your data.

Your choices. Email orders@frontporchfelons.com to see, correct or delete the data we hold about you, and we will do it within 30 days. You can opt out of ad tracking in your browser settings or in your Meta ad preferences.

Kids. This store is not for anyone under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.
