Returns & Exchanges

Defects and mistakes are on us. If your shirt arrives damaged, misprinted, or is the wrong item or size from what you ordered, email orders@frontporchfelons.com within 14 days with your order number and a photo. We will reprint and reship it free, or refund you — your choice. No need to send the original back.

Ordered the wrong size? Email us within 14 days. We will do a one-time exchange; you cover the return postage and the $5.95 to send the new one.

Changed your mind? Because each shirt is made to order, we cannot take general returns. If your order has not gone to print yet, email us fast and we will cancel and refund it in full.

Refunds go back to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of being approved.
